Please note: This race is sanctioned by USA Triathlon. If you aren’t an annual member of USAT, you’ll be required to pay an additional $12 fee on race day for insurance purposes. (This fee has increased from $10 in 2011).
Also - There will be a sales tax charged at the time of registration of 9.5%. The State of Washington is charging a sales tax on all events.
Because of these increased costs to athletes, our race fees will be unchanged from 2011.

Raise the Bar is run by athletes, and we realize there are times it’s impossible to race. We appreciate Race Directors who are compassionate and understanding toward us and we try to do that for our athletes as well.
We are happy to issue a refund if you have a compelling reason – like an impressive injury, family hardship (God forbid) etc. If the reason for your cancellation is due to a scheduling snaffu or lack of training or desire, etc., there’s no refund. Sorry!
If you have a darn good reason for cancelling, we can either.....
1. Defer your entry to 2012 OR
2. We can refund half of your paid entry fee (does not include service fees, USAT fees or other optional add ons)
Active.com does not issue refunds.
