Cool Medals, Tech T's, a pancake breakfast, accurately marked courses, and over 100 volunteers will be waiting for you at the 2014 Lake Meridian Triathlons.
2014 brings the addition of a June race - this one Sprint and Super Sprint distances only. The Sprint race remains the same as the previous LMT's. The Super Sprint has changed to a 1/4 mile swim, 10 mile bike, and 2 mile run - perfect for an early season tune-up or experience for a first-timer. The August race will add the Olympic distance back into the mix - the same courses and distances as previous years.
Knowing what to do to prepare for the race is sometimes takes more energy than the race itself! Raise the Bar started as a training organization and that’s where our roots are. We’ve put together 8-18-week training plans for the race that will help an athlete get to the start line prepared and ready to kill it! We also offer an evening training series at the race venue on Wednesday nights to get some group training in - especially those open water swim.
